High-school + Drugs = Reality

A Just World

A JWe give rulers the right to rule, and thus we have the right to take that back. But do we give rulers life? No, and thus how can we justify taking their lives? Overthrowing is one thing, but throwing under is another.

Interesting blog post. Although, I think you’re forgetting that rulers may have done bad deeds as well. If a ruler revokes the freedom of the people or takes away some lives, don’t you think that would justify for some sort of punishment for the ruler? This does not necessarily mean death, but the ruler should face some penalty.

  2. Yes, if they do wrong, then they should be judged according to their own laws and removed from office so that a new set of laws can be set up. However, they mustn’t be tried by a different set of laws for they are still the sovereign and the laws are still the laws. I just do not believe that vigilantes are justifyable.
